TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• LaRosa Executive guesthouse is not responsible for the loss of any possible items. We recommend that you keep your personal belongings safe and doors locked when not vacant.

• You are required to be considerate to other guests who may be staying at this guest house. This means not disturbing others e.g. with loud music or through inappropriate behaviour which may cause harm to other residents. Failure to comply with this term, will result in the appropriate action taken against you.

• All non -residents are required to sign a visitors’ guestbook, in order for our staff to keep record of all persons in the house at any given time. This measure also will ensure the safety of all our guests.

• If you do not meet your check in time within three hours, and do not contact us to inform us of your late arrival; your reservation will be cancelled.

• Clients will be required to check out by midday (12:00 pm).

• Clients will have to pay for any damaged or vandalised property in the guesthouse.
